THE IGLC project is Implementation of Intergenerational learning for children(10-16yrs) by older people, leveraging technology.
Healthy Aging India has already conducted pilot in Noida, Ranchi and Delhi (between 2017 to 2020) with significant improvement in the attitude of school children and elderly mentor about Intergenerational learning participated in the process for 6 months. Majority of the students outperformed in their academic performance.
