Project #swatah – training part for “Livelihood Project”- Bag-making in Seemapuri has been completed.
Trainer Saddam has been giving training to the women of seemapuri for draft, patterns and measurements of different type of bags along with stichting.
We also distributed stitching-
kit to every participant in the training. There were total 20 kits with thread, needle, zipper, zipper lock, opener and cutter along with one kit of clothes for every participant.

We travelled to Ranchi to implement livelihood project for the mother’s of our IGLC tribal student’s with the help of the local government schools.
This self help group will prepare cloth material specially washable mask of various kinds to protect you from Corona.

In an Intergenerational Dialogue, a group of 4 Seniors interacted with school children – 6,7 and 8th Std, of UMS Bhatiya Basti, Kadma (Govt.Middle School), Jamshedpur.
Seniors were from various professions lead the interaction – Shri. Rao Mohan Rt. Engineer NTPC, Shri. Dilip Datta- Chief General Manager FSNC Ltd, Shri.Lalit Kumar and Ms.Poonam – Textile Entrepreneur
It was an aspirational and inspirational talk –
1. Adding values to life with purpose, qualities, and discipline.
2. Various excerpts from living legends were put forward to inspire students and tinkle on ideas + skills+ qualities

Mobile Health Unit of Healthy Aging India
Our Comprehensive Mobile Health Care Van visited Jivodaya ashrayalam and provided health care services to 54 individuals residing there. Most of the patient was suffering from hypertension, diabetes, MR, dementia, cough, cold, fever, gastritis, stomach ache, loose motion, constipation, insomnia, loss of appetite, allergy, anemic, weakness, dyspnoea, shoulder pain, ankle pain, lba and knee pain.
Our Comprehensive Mobile Health Care Van is providing Health Care services to 27 Old age homes across Delhi NCR.

Mobile Health Unit of Healthy Aging India
Under Project SAHJEEVAN, a Joint venture of Healthy Aging India and GAIL India Ltd, series of Training Sessions are undergoing in Delhi to empower 60+ Senior Citizens and meaningful engagement with Government schools children through Intergenerational Learning Centre – IGLC
3rd Training Session held on 20/06/2019 by Dr. Prasun Chatterjee on “Shaping the emotions of future generation” and Ms. Bhumika Rajdev “Discussion on Curriculum based subject specific activities in Maths and Science”
Focus of the training session by Dr. Prasun Chatterjee was on –
1. Psychological perspective of Emotional well being in children- principle of Monitoring, Managing and Motivation
2. Reflections of Senior Citizens on Intergenerational learning
3. Making Wish List – having goal and perseverance in life
Focus of Ms. Bhumika discussion was on-
1. How to maximize learning in minimum resources
2. How change of context and nature of subject lead to change in resources of learning
3. Concept of Logico – Mathematics – Imagination, Thought, and Action
4. Interdisciplinarity in subjects
5. Activities in Maths and Science – Kar ke Sikheyn
